Hey friend! I promised my web designer that I would work on my website's tools and resources page (we are overhauling a lot of my website, actually... exciting!) because folks ask me what tools I use a lot. For some reason, writing an email to you seems way more fun than thinking of perfect copy and SEO-optimizing a page of resources. As I teach in my masterminds and 1:1 calls, the BEST way to do anything is the way it works best FOR YOU. So I am combining my tools in the way that works best for me... In an email. Then I will repurpose it for my tools/resources page. I will worry about the technical things like SEO later. :) Here are some of my favorite tools I use in my consulting/coaching business right now... FATHOM (virtual notetaker for zoom, google meet etc) I use this to take notes on calls. It summarizes the call for me and sends my clients notes and a replay after. In the paid version, you can even ask it questions and it will answer based on the content of the call. Think "help me create a checklist of 20 action items from this call." This is the kind of AI that I appreciate. KIT (previously ConvertKit) (I am writing you this email with Kit) Send out emails, grow your list, sell your digital products, create landing pages and downloads, and more from Kit. I love it and use it for a lot of my business needs. I plan to do a workshop about it soon. SQUARE - (payment processor, reports, contracts, and invoice maker) I have been using Square since my record-store-owner days, and I love their back-end system. Allow your clients to pay using ACH, Cash App, Klarna, Credit, Debit, etc. It's so easy to use and run reports for bookkeeping. Plus, you can build and send your own custom contracts, estimates, invoices and recurring invoices too. (If you use this link, I think you get $1000 in free processing fees) LATER - I have used every social media scheduler under the sun, and Later is BY FAR the best. They have caption generators, you can also look up high-performing hashtags, save captions and CTA's (call to action), answer comments, and post across platforms seamlessly. I use one of the higher-capacity plans because I manage several accounts, but you will love any of the plans. It is worth it x 100. LIBSYN - This is what I use to host my podcast It pushes my podcast out to other platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and other podcast apps flawlessly.
