Best-selling author and Keynote Speaker Katrina Kibben and I have been talking about doing this for over 2 years now, putting the elements together, deciphering data, perfecting what works and what engages.
Many of you know us separately, but you may not know that we have also professionally consulted as a team together on many occasions, bringing the individual strengths we have to meet highly specific challenges.
Now, as a new year starts, it felt like the right moment to share this. We are launching a focused, hands-on 6-week accelerator for speakers and authors who want to turn their work into more speaking invitations, more connections, and more sales.

We’re not going to deliver one-size-fits-all learning. We’re getting the work done here and we are doing it strategically.

How It Works
Length: 6 Weeks, Weekly 90 Minute Calls, Tuesdays 9:30 am CST / 10:30 am ET, starting January 6th.
Format: Live group sessions with direct feedback from Kat and Lauren
Size: Selectively smaller for intentional attention.
- Live Education: At the beginning of each session, we’ll teach you the core topic for the evening based on real-life experience and hundreds of clients.
- Active Discussion: we’ll open it up to the group to hear your challenges. You’ll find out really quickly that you’re never alone.
- Get Feedback: This is an innovation lab for your core messages - for getting feedback, creating, or just brainstorming surrounded by other people with the same dreams.
- Networking + Community: With multiple smart people in one virtual room, we’re going to make some new friends.

Over many breakfast table conversations for years, we have brainstormed about making this program a reality. We wanted to pilot it for the first time to gain interest. It may never be available at this price (or ever) again.
