Is this what parents of kids feel like when it hits them that their newborn is about to start driving?

I realized the other day, that 2025 marks 15 years in business for my business. ummm what? How did that happen so fast?

I started my business in 2010. The same year, I co-founded a non-profit to help small businesses in my community and married my now ex.

I think of that year... and I can't even remember when my business began.

So many things were pulling me in different directions (I was learning a lot), but I didn't write down a day to celebrate. Do you know your business birthday?

Eventually, in 2015, I started finding that I had been actively making friends all over the globe who would push me to not only celebrate my work but challenge the hell out of me.

They made my business better.

The pushed me to make more intentional decisions, which in turn made me more money and my business more sustainable.

When I created the idea for my mastermind (business coaching cohorts), this is what I had in mind.

I brought folks from different industries, mindsets, and geographical locations to work together, challenge each other, learn how to get visible, get real about their businesses and ACTUALLY learn.

And it is MAGIC.

As I am writing this draft, I just got off the mastermind calls I host an hour ago. We were talking about recent updates and wins, and my jaw was on the ground...

Our members shared so many wins:

• One is hosting an in-person workshop/event
• One is crushing their LinkedIn content and had a 378% increase in views last month
• Between all of us, we've booked 11 speaking gigs
• A couple folks are launching programs with corporate companies
• One is launching their new website
• One is scaling and learning to successfully outsource work
• One just signed a 5-figure quarterly sponsorship on their blog
• THREE are finishing writing books (!!!)
• One just launched their podcast
