Last weekend felt like such a dream. I co-hosted a retreat with my friend Molly Grisham and felt the deep impact of what bringing a community of people together can do as I saw these beautiful entrepreneurs bubbling over ready to take action.

Right before the kick-off mixer to the retreat, I hosted a virtual call with one of my current business mastermind groups.

As we were talking about recent updates and wins, I was blown away...

Our mastermind groups shared so many wins:

• Between us––We've booked quite a few speaking gigs
• One is hosting a big in-person workshop / event
• One is crushing their Instagram and LinkedIn content
• A couple are launching programs with organizations
• One is launching their website
• One just signed a 5-figure quarterly sponsorship on their blog
• One published a best-selling book and is on an international tour
• One just got done doing a podcast tour, guesting on several of their favorite shows

In the last many months, I have seen these folks show up, every other week, ready for these calls.

[TLDR: I am opening a few applications for my 2 mastermind groups. This next season will kick off in March -- the interest list closes soon]

They are there for themselves and to help each other, working together and doing business with each other. They are making collaborations and introductions that are opening doors.

On the calls we do updates, a mini training, and hot-seats where we get the chance to work through challenges they are having in business or life.

Why am I sharing this?

I am opening up a few spots...

There might be a gap between where you are now and where you want to be. And that is okay. I've been there. The thing that changed my perspective and helped me grow was having a quality community.
